The included breakfast had many options. staff were fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful. the room had everything needed.
the pillows in the room felt strange and were hard for me.

the location is right in the action! it is very convenient, since the hotel is surrounded by local restaurants and a convenience store is just around the corner, it was easy to get anything i needed.

the room was compact, yet the bed was large and comfortable. there was a fridge, a bonus! the hotel was also quiet, and i slept really well thanks to good soundproofing, i had a great rest.

good pastries quick access
the complimentary breakfast provided a good start to each day (i especially enjoyed the pastries). the location allowed quick access to nearby attractions and public transportation.

I was honestly charmed by my stay! the staff were very nice and eager to work through the language barrier, always smiling. the rooms were very clean, and the onsen experience was amazing!!! breakfast had a great selection of japanese and western styles. I especially loved the pastries. the staff were also super helpful and friendly. They assisted with the luggage transfer service.
the pillows were not very comfortable. they seemed to be filled with hard pellets, difficult to rest well. i wish there were more comfortable options available.

the location is very good as it is right in the middle of a vibrant district. this hotel is just a short walk from multiple subway lines. the building is located on a quiet street, even though it is in a central district.

Fantastic Stay Right in the Heart!
central location helpful staff clean room
The location was unbeatable. I found myself right in the middle of everything, and a convenience store was conveniently across the street. The staff were also helpful. I especially appreciated how clean and well kept my room was.
The breakfast area felt a little cramped during peak hours. It made it a bit difficult to move around freely while trying to get food.

I loved the cleanliness and organization of everything. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Skincare products were provided upon arrival, a super nice touch!
The pillows were a bit firm for my liking. I still slept fine though, so it wasn't a big deal.
